M. Renee Warren

M. "Renee" Warren, 49, of Beattie, Kansas, passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville, Kansas. A memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 8, at the United Methodist Church in Marysville. The Rev. Dale Lewis officiated. M. "Renee" Warren was born December 30, 1961 at Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Glen and Janelle Sanders Wilkinson. She graduated from Manhattan High School in 1980. She worked at Swanson Bakery as a cake decorater, Twin Valley and Subway. Renee was a member of the Beattie Methodist Church. She enjoyed Facebook, playing Farmville, Bejeweled and very much enjoyed spending time with her children. Survivors include her husband, Terry Warren, Manhattan, Kan.; sons, Glen Warren, Beattie, Kan., T.J. Warren, Manhattan, Dale Hill, Beattie, Jason Smith, Marysville, and Joe Ferris, Frankfort, Kan.; daughters, Brandy Warren, Beattie, and Mindy Ferris, Frankfort; brothers, Mike Wilkinson, Birchwood, Tenn., Tim Wilkinson, Cleveland, Tenn., Walt Warren, Manhattan, Kan.; sisters, Sharon Douthit, Ogden, Kan., Jana Palmisciano, San Diego, Cal., Katy Holm, Moreno Valley, Cal., Tammy Selvidge, Cleveland, Tenn., Pam Warren, Manhattan and Ginny Priestley, Delia, Kan.; step-mother, Lynda Wilkinson of Tenn.; and mother-in-law, Bonnie L. Carlton, Manhattan. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Kelly McCready and Baby Girl Wilkinson, and stepmom, Kitty McCready The M. Renee Warren Memorial Fund has been established.
