Anneliese Carlin

Anneliese Carlin, 84, of Junction City, Kansas, formerly of Frankfort, Kansas, died Monday, October 3, 2011 at Valley View Nursing Home in Junction City. A graveside service was held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 6, at the Frankfort City Cemetery. Father Pat Sullivan officiated. Anneliese was born on July 2, 1927, at Wiesbaden, Germany, the daughter of Heinrich Kaufmann and Agnes (Dittmann) Ries. On December 13, 1974 she married Celeston Carlin. They lived in Frankfort from 1974 until 1990 when they moved to Junction City. While living in Frankfort she cleaned houses for many families. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and an infant daughter. Padden Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
