Wilma L. Feldhausen, 79, died June 14, 2012 at Cambridge Place Nursing Home, Marysville, KS. Visitation was Sunday, June 17, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary. A rosary service was held at 7 p.m., Sunday, at St. Gregory Catholic Church, Marysville. Sister Eulalia Kloeker officiated. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 18, at St. Gregory Catholic Church, Marysville. Father David Metz officiated. The musicians were Bob Welch, Valerie Oltman and Allen Oltman. Songs included “Here I Am Lord”, “Ave Maria”, “Precious Lord Take My Hand”, “Now is the Hour”, “Song of Farewell” and “Joyful, Joyful.” The pallbearers were Jonah Feldhausen, Adam Feldhausen, Chris Feldhausen, Daren Habig, Doug Wright, Sean Feldhausen and Shea Feldhausen. The honorary pallbearers were Jerry Garrells, Randy Mees, Ray Buck, Donald McAdams, Steve McAdams, John McAdams, Mark Feldhausen, Roger Teagarden, Rodney Wilson, Gary Wilson and Eddie Wilson. Burial was in St. Gregory’s Catholic Cemetery. Wilma was born June 18, 1932 in Marysville to William and Elizabeth Hogan Ring. In 1950, she graduated from Marysville High School. On August 23, 1950 she married Jack Feldhausen at St. Gregory Catholic Church. They lived in Hanover until 1954 when they opened Jack’s Farm Service in Marysville. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi, Chamber of Commerce, Cross Trailer Square Dance Club, Kiwanis, the Moose, and St. Gregory Catholic Church, and she and Jack bowled on Jacks and Queens Bowling Team. Wilma enjoyed sewing, her flower garden, and provided childcare in her home for a number of years. She also sang at weddings and funerals and volunteered at local elementary schools reading with children. Survivors include her sons, Bill (Diane) Feldhausen, Topeka, KS, Alan (Sheree) Feldhausen, Marysville, Ron (Mary) Feldhausen, Marysville; daughters, Diana (Dennis) Habig, Marysville, and Dana (Ryan) McCammon, Cheyenne, WY; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack, who died on July 2, 2001; infant sister, Irene; and sister, Edith Krause. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated at a later date. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
