Marilyn E. Stedman

Marilyn E. Stedman, 86, of Summerfield, KS, died Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville. Marilyn was born on January 4, 1927 at Filley, NE, the daughter of Frank and Ida Warren Braddock. She graduated from Summerfield High School. Marilyn ran a cafe in Summerfield, worked at a bomber plant and worked many years as a library aid for the Summerfield school. She was a member of Eastern Star, Legion Auxilary, Red Hats and the Rural Mail Carriers Association. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Cindy Hinman, of Castle Rock, CO. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Max; and son, Terry, in 1999. Funeral services are private. Burial will be in the Richland Center Cemetery south of Summerfield.
