Conan Patrick Shortle

Conan Patrick "Pat" Shortle, 53, Marysville, died Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at Community Memorial Healthcare. A graveside service was at 2 p.m. Friday, March 21, at the Marysville City Cemetery. Pat was born Dec. 21, 1954, at Marysville, the son of Charles and Lucille Libby Shortle. He went to Marysville High School. He was a carpenter and painter. He enjoyed artistic painting, fishing and camping. Survivors include his son, Jon Shortle, Omaha; daughters, Alina, Waterville, and Sara, Emporia; brothers, Dan, Marysville, Dave, Santa Fe, and Bill, Marysville; and three grandchildren.
