Eva Sue Tyson

Eva Sue Tyson, 51, Junction City, died Aug. 7, 2008, at Madison, Tenn. A graveside service was at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Hanover Cemetery. The Rev. Travis Panning officiated. Visitation was from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Hanover Mortuary. The family received friends from 5 till 7 p.m. Eva Tyson was born Oct. 27,1956, at Fort Riley to Ellen May “Sue” Nemitz and Don E. Tyson. She grew up in Hanover. She had an associates degree and was a licensed practical nurse. She married Leonard Doebele Jr. on May 15, 1976. They divorced. She lived in Junction City with her partner of 15 years, Ray Woods. Survivors include her partner; daughter, Tamra Lee Doebele, Kansas City; brother, Robert Tyson, Thornton, Colo.; and a half-brother, Gary Tyson, Manhattan. She was preceded in death by her parents.
