Teresa C. Lehechka, 87, of Marysville, KS, died Monday, November 17, 2014 after a brief illness at Cambridge Place in Marysville. Visitation was Wednesday, November 19, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary in Marysville. The received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. A funeral service was held at 10 a.m., Thursday, November 20 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Marysville. The talk was given by Mike Luckeroth. The pallbearers were Dustin Martin, Spencer Price, Skyler Price, Josh Lehechka, Dustin Zutterman, Kip Huse and Greg Graham. Burial was in the Marysville City Cemetery. Teresa was born June 14, 1927 at Oketo, KS, to George and Anita (Koppes) Bach. In 1945, she graduated from Marysville High School. On September 4, 1947, she married Anthony "Pat" Lehechka at Marysville. They lived on a farm for a few years before Pat began working in construction. Together they traveled several states following Pat's work. They later returned to Marysville. Teresa was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses and enjoyed studying the bible and sharing it with others. She was preceded by her parents; husband, Anthony "Pat" Lehechka on July 6, 1981; sister, Joann Melstrom; and a brother, Leo Bach. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Ann (Le) Martin, Marysville, and Drusilla (Jim) Price, Home, KS; son, Tom (Cathy) Lehechka, Marysville; brother, Eugene Bach, Wahoo, NE; eight grandchildren, Dustin Martin, Lacie Huse, Jessica Zutterman, Spencer Price, Skyler Price, Gina Graham, Josh Lehechka and Jackie Lehechka; and ten great-grandchildren.
