Scott "Squig" Farrant

Scott "Squig" Farrant, 50, of Blue Rapids, KS, died at his home on June, 22, 2015. There was a Celebration of Life Funeral Service at noon July 3, 2015 at the Farrant Farm, 2047 Yonder Road, rural Frankfort. Scott was born November 2, 1964, at Marysville, KS, the son of William Farrant and Judy (Lukins) Farrant. He graduated from Frankfort High School. He was welder and foreman for Titan Trailer factory for many years. He had been working for Titan West in recent years. "Squig" as he was known enjoyed kayaking rivers of the mid west, snow skiing, mule packing for elk hunts, golfing, camping and fishing. He also enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles and going on Poker Runs. Friends and relatives said, "He would do anything for you."
