Ivan Ernest Boyle

Ivan E. Boyle, 66, died February 3, 2016 at the Frankfort Care Home. A funeral service will be held at Noon, Monday, February 8 at the Axtell-Landreth Funeral Home in Axtell. Visitation will be Sunday, February 7, from Noon until 8:00 p.m. at the Axtell-Landreth Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery, Axtell. Ivan was born on January 20, 1950 at Axtell to Ernest Lee and Vera Elizabeth (Biddle) Boyle. He religiously attended church all of his life. He grew up on the farm south of Axtell and attended special school for 10 years in Marysville. Ivan worked in a sheltered work shop doing general duty. In 2015, he moved to the Frankfort Care Home. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his brothers, David L. (Wanda) Boyle, Halsted, KS, Jack B. Boyle, Vermillion, KS, Robert W. (Rita) Boyle, Axtell, KS, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers and in consideration of Ivan’s love of Scripture, contributions to Gideon’s International will be appreciated.
