William L. “Bill” Hull, 80, Blue Rapids, KS, died Monday, February 15, 2016 at Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville. A private family service will be held. Bill was born November 1, 1935 to Lawrence and Mary (Floyd) Hull at Irving, KS. He graduated high school and attended Kansas State University, where he played basketball for two years. Bill worked for the State of Kansas Department of Transportation and for Georgia Pacific, Blue Rapids. He then worked building fence for Roche Fencing for several years. Hunting, fishing and trapping were his favorite pastimes. Bill was united in marriage to Sharolyn “Sue” Singleton. Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers, Harold Hull, Bob Hull and Floyd Hull; and sister, Nancy Henderson. Survivors include his wife, Sue, Blue Rapids; son, Jason (Carmen) Bradley, Enterprise, AL; daughters, Jennifer (Tim) Marten, Onaga, Ks. and Jackie (Denny) Browning, Waterville; ten grandchildren, Ricky Castellanos, Tatiana Castellanos, Christian Castellanos, Keaton Dewalt, Jazmine Sauvage, Trycin Sauvage, Drayton Browning, Deanna Browning, Laney Marten, and Addy Marten. A memorial fund is established in his name and will be designated later by the family. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary, Marysville.
