Charlene J. Saville, 61, of Beattie, KS, died Friday, March 18, 2016 at Hastings, NE. A Celebration of Life was held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 22 at the Marysville Christian Fellowship. Charlene was born September 10, 1954 at Norton, KS, to Richard D. and Muriel "Midge" L. (Culp) Oliver. In 1972, she graduated from White Rock High School in Burr Oak, KS. Charlene worked as a C.N.A. at nursing homes in Marysville, Sabetha, and Seneca. She also worked at SKF Industries and the Oak Tree Inn in the Housekeeping Department and drove the crew van. She enjoyed reading, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren. Charlene was preceded in death by her father; and a daughter, Tamara "T.J." Hornkohl. Survivors include her husband, William "Bill" Saville; mother, Muriel "Midge" Oliver; three daughters, Melinda (Steve) Jenkins, Sabetha, KS, Melissa (John) Clark, Seneca, KS, Donna (Gary Gundlefinger) Saville, Marysville; son-in-law, James Hornkohl, Blue Rapids, KS; sister, Diana Timmons, Hastings, NE; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
