Annetta M. Grefe

Annetta M. Grefe, 76, Lincoln, NE, formerly of Hanover, died Thursday, June 23, 2016. A funeral service was 10:30 a.m., Monday, June 27 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Hanover. Rev. Rodney Fritz officiated. Arlyce Klipp was organist and the congregation sang "Amazing Grace," "The Lord is My Shepherd" and "Asleep in Jesus." Visitation was one hour prior to the service. Pallbearers were Richard Meyer, Michael Meyer, Carl Althouse, Steven Grefe, Mathew Bargmann and Nathan Bargmann. Burial was in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Annetta was born at rural Hanover on July 23, 1939, to Fred and Anna (Kruse) Grefe. She attended Trinity Lutheran School. Annetta worked at Form Fit Clothing in Beatrice, NE and at Square D in Lincoln, NE as an assembler. She enjoyed traveling, bowling and keeping up with the family. Collecting Elvis Presley memorabilia was a favorite hobby of hers. Survivors include her brothers, Harold (Beverly) Grefe, Lincoln, NE, Delbert (Wanda) Grefe, Hollenberg; and sister, Loretta (Wilmer)Bargmann, Marysville; many close friends and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents; and a brother, Fred W. Grefe. A memorial fund is established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Hanover Mortuary, Hanover, KS.
