Trevor Kos, of Waukesha, Wis., passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2017, at the age of 21 years A graveside memorial service will take place at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 26 at the Marysville City Cemetery. He was born in Lincoln, Neb., the son of Darryl Kos and Stacey (nee Grauer) Heintz. Trevor loved being around people, riding in cars, being read to and spending the summers at the Easter Seals Camp. He enjoyed music and adored his grandparents. Trevor will be lovingly missed by his father, Darryl (Cyndi Frith) Kos of Milwaukee, Wis., and mother, Stacey (Brian) Heintz of Burnett, Wis.; maternal grandparents, Tim and Jane Grauer of Marysville, Kan.; paternal grandparents, Ross and Marjorie Kos of Marysville; uncle, David Kos of Wichita, Kan.; aunt, Jenn (Alan) Jessup of Lee’s Summit, Mo.; great-aunts and uncles, Karen McBratney of Lee’s Summit, Nancy Grauer of Golden, Colo., Ron (Fran) Grauer of Marysville, Verda Drinkgern and Shirley Crist both of Marysville,; cousin, Charlize Jessup; and caregiver, Georgia Bruder. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his Mimi, Marilyn Grauer. The family would like to thank the staff at Maple Wood group home, Children’s Hospital and Waukesha Memorial for their care and compassion for Trevor.
