Harold "Roudy" Roudybush

Harold E. "Roudy" Roudybush, 74, of Marysville, died Monday, May 1, 2017 at Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville. Visitation was Friday, May 5, from noon until 9 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary in Marysville. The family received friends from 5 to 7 p.m. A funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 6 at the First Christian Church in Marysville. Rev. Jerry Zanker officiated. Deb Landoll was organist and the congregation sang "In the Garden" and "Amazing Grace." Burial was in the Marysville City Cemetery. Harold was born March 8, 1943 at Marysville, son of Dale and Melva (Davis) Roudybush. He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Sedlacek Dixon and later divorced and have remained friends. He worked for City Sewing and Marysville Plumbing. Harold enjoyed watching John Wayne movies, fishing, hunting and sports, especially football. Survivors include his children, Doug (Leslie) Roudybush, Topeka, Becky (Randy) Chastain, Bellevue, NE, Jodi (Jason) Pendleton, Shawnee, and Travis (Trisha) Roudybush, Marysville; brothers, Richard Roudybush, Evansville, IN, Duane (Laura) Roudybush, Abilene, and David (Mary Lynn) Roudybush, Marysville; sisters, Betty Warner, Omaha, Ila Linebarger, Chicago, IL, and Lynette Roudybush, Marysville; and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later. Contributions may be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
