James William Black, 70, Marysville, died Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Cambridge Place in Marysville. He was born January 12, 1947 at Pratt, KS, to Walter J. and Ellyn M. (Kramper) Black. He graduated from Manhattan High School and attended college in southwestern Kansas. He worked as a computer programmer for an insulation company in Tulsa, OK. Survivors include a nephew, Grant Potter (Kelli); nieces, Jennifer Potter and Tawn Rockwell (Scott); and close friend Kimberly Conlin, Marysville. He was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Black; and sister, Margaret Potter.
