Elvenor A. Pralle, 91, of Bremen, Kan., died February 15, 2018 at the Hanover Hospital in Hanover, Kan. Visitation was Sunday, February 18, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary. The family received friends from 4 to 6 p.m. A funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 19 at Immanuel Lutheran Church (Hermansberg), north of Bremen. Rev. Aaron T. Fenker officiated. Pallbearers were Travis Pralle, Dale Pralle, Doug Minge, Jacob Pralle, Warren Drinkgern and Dustin Minge. Burial was in the church cemetery. Elvenor was born on September 26, 1926 at Bremen, the daughter of Alfred D. and Martha W. (Drinkgern) Koeneke. She was baptized into the Lutheran faith by Pastor A.C. Traugott and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church on March 17, 1946. She attended Immanuel Lutheran School, Bremen. On April 20, 1952, she married Victor K. Pralle at Immanuel Lutheran Church by Pastor A.C. Targott. Elvenor was a homemaker and farmwife and raised four children. She was a lifetime member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church and a longtime member of the choir. Elvenor was a member if the Immanuel Ladies Aid and quilters. She enjoyed spending time with her family, quilting and living on the farm. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Victor K. Pralle on March 23, 2008; and an infant daughter. Survivors include her daughter, Janet Pralle, Marysville; sons, Steven (Ruth) Pralle, Odell, Neb., Larry (Joan) Pralle, Miles City, Mont., and Leon (Tammy) Pralle, Odell, Neb.; sister, Delores Hamilton, Barnes; sister-in-law, Claire Pralle-Reichert, Stuttgart, Germany; three grandchildren, Travis (Heather) Pralle, Stacy (Dustin) Minge and Jacob Pralle; and two great-grandchildren, Landon and Garrett Pralle. Memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church (Hermansberg) and sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
