Rose Marie Graham, 80, of Manhattan, KS, and formerly of Marysville, died Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan. A rosary service was held at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, prior to the the funeral mass that was held at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gregory's Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Gregory's Catholic Cemetery. Rose was born on August 27, 1929 at Marysville, the daughter of Theodore and Pauline Kienlen Butler. Rose went to St. Gregory's grade school and graduated from Marysville High School. On February 9, 1948, she married Paul Graham in Marysville. Rose was a bookkeeper. She worked at Marysville United Dairy, then moved to Manhattan in 1967 and worked for Griffith Oil Company and then Rex's Tire in Manhattan. She was a member of Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Manhattan, St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church in Manhattan and St. Gregory's Cathoilic Church in Marysville. Rose enjoyed her grandchildren, crocheting, old movies, collecting dolls and going to casinos. Survivors include her two sons, Phil Graham and wife, Joyce, Manhattan, Thomas Graham and wife, Sammy, Torrence, CA; daughter, Linda Forehand and husband, Tom, Wamego, KS; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; sister, Cecilia Unruh, Moundridge, KS; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul on March 2, 2001; son, Paul "Jimmy" Graham on April 15, 1998, daughter-in-law, Terry; brother, George Butler; sisters, Helen West, Pauline Krotzinger, Catherine DeLair, Margaret Davis, Connie Studer, Delia Hiskey and Juanita Barker. Memorials will be designated later and can be sent in care of Kinsley Mortuary.
