Albert E. Plante

Albert E. Plante IV, 54, Marysville, KS, died May 12, 2021 at Community Memorial Healthcare in Marysville. Services are pending with Kinsley Mortuary. Albert was born September 26, 1966 at Providence, RI, to Albert III and Sandra (Keyes) Plante. He moved to Kansas in 1994 and worked in Marysville at Valley Vet Supply and Sonic restaurant. He also worked at The Chef in Manhattan, KS. Albert attended The Crossing and Berean churches in Marysville. He enjoyed playing on the worship team at church when he was younger. He liked to cook and serve at the community Thanksgiving dinner, entertaining youth at Vacation Bible School, and other church events. He encouraged his family with the scripture. Albert also enjoyed classic rock, playing guitar, attending concerts with friends, baseball, and KU basketball. He loved watching games with his kids. Albert was a loving and proud father to his three children and enjoyed every minute he could spend with them. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Albert and Doris Plante; and brother, Phillip. Survivors include his children; Jonas, Ben, and Ava Plante, Blue Rapids, KS; stepmother, Louise Plante, Georgia; two sisters, Shannon Austin, Illinois and Kristi Caldwell, Junction City, KS; two aunts, Phyllis Plante, Providence, RI and Claudia Klingensmith, Danielson, CT; and uncle, Steve Plante, North Carolina.
