Mary Lou Williams, 92, of Marysville, Kan., died March 12, 2018 at Cambridge Place in Marysville.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 17 at the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Marysville.  The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m.  Gary Phillips will officiate.Private family burial was held in the Marysville City Cemetery.Mary Lou was born on October 26, 1925 in Marysville to Ross and Grace (Luther) Kinsley. Her mother, Grace, died at an early age. Her father later remarried to Kathleen. Ross and Kathleen were killed in a car wreck and Mary Lou went to live with her grandmother, Laura Kinsley.In 1943, she graduated from Marysville High School.On October 18, 1945, she married Thomas “Tarz” Williams at Topeka. She was a homemaker and loved cooking, knitting and doing crafts. She was a member of the Memorial Presbyterian Church in Marysville, Athenium Club and the Marysville Country Club.She was preceded in death by her parents and step mother; and husband.Survivor include her children, Cathy Thomas, Grand Junction, Colo., Nancy (John) Stroeder, Port Townson, Wash., and Tom (Jennifer) Williams, Milwaukee, Wis.; and five grandchildren.Kinsley Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
