Teresa E. (Schneider) Gentuso

Teresa Elaine Gentuso of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, wife of Vincent J. Gentuso, Jr., passed away peacefully at home on May 4, 2018 at the age of 64.  Visitation will be on Friday, May 11, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Kinsley Mortuary, Marysville, Kan.Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, May 12 at St. Gregory Catholic Church, Marysville. She was born to Bernard and Elaine Schneider of Beattie, Kansas, on October 2, 1953.  Teresa is preceded in death by a brother Gary and survived by per parents, Barney & Elaine Schneider, Marysville, The third child of seven,Teresa leaves behind three sisters Nancy (Russell) Reinert, Hutchinson; Sandi Smith, Olathe; Barb (Ken) Kickhaefer, Marysville and two brothers, Jay (Brenda) Schneider, Beattie and Dan (Kristi) Schneider,  Longmont, CO,  but will be greatly missed by many others as well.  She was a Mother to four daughters and grandmother to nine grandchildren.  There are many children at Jessieville school that through the years, in her heart, Teresa had adopted and treated as though they were her own.  Teresa had a long career in banking at various institutions in multiple locations and states.  Later in life she followed her passion for children and became a para-professional at Jessieville school retiring in the spring of 2017.  The family requests that all donations be made to the National Foundation for Cancer Research, 5515 Security Lane, Suite 1105, Rockville, Maryland, 20852.
